Exchange
We offer exchanges on eligible products within 5 days of delivery.
If you’d like to exchange your piece, please make sure:
- The product is unworn and unused.
- The original tags are still attached.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- There are no stains, marks, perfume smells or signs of wear.
- The product is not damaged or altered in any way.
To request an exchange, please contact us at labeloatproject@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Once your request is approved, we’ll share the next steps with you.
Returns
We accept returns within 72 hours of delivery.
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the returned product (gift card). The store credit can be used on your next Oat Project purchase.
